Something didn't convert as expected
In mollusk, choose Help > Report a problem. The window shows what will be sent. Add a reply address to get an answer, then press Send report.
A question, or feedback
Write to [email protected], or choose Help > Send feedback in mollusk. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
License and activation
The license key is in the mollusk purchase confirmation email. In mollusk, choose Help > Enter license key, paste the key and click Activate. One license covers two computers at a time; Help > License moves a seat from one computer to another.
Downloads and updates
The current installers are on the home page. mollusk checks for a newer version when it opens, and Help > Check for updates checks at any time. Earlier installers are on Previous versions.
