Legal
License agreement
This is the agreement you accept when you install mollusk, word for word as the installer shows it.
- Version 1.0, effective October 3, 2026 current
When the agreement changes, the new version is added here and every earlier one stays. A new version applies only to the mollusk versions it comes with, once you accept it; the version you accepted keeps applying to the copies you installed under it.
Privacy
What mollusk sends, who receives it and how long it is kept: mollusk.audio/privacy.
Refunds
A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Ask through Lemon Squeezy, using the link in the purchase confirmation email, or write to [email protected]. A refund ends the license and releases its activations.
Who sells mollusk
mollusk is made by Mollusk Audio LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and sold through Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record: it processes the payment, sales tax and VAT, and refunds. Your purchase is also covered by Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.
Open-source software
mollusk includes two open-source libraries, each under its own license:
- Qt, © The Qt Company Ltd., under the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 3, dynamically linked.
- libptformat, by Damien Zammit and Robin Gareus, in modified form, under the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 2.1 or any later version.
The license texts are installed with mollusk. For the complete source code of both, including our changes to libptformat, write to [email protected] and we will send it free of charge.
